Assistant General ManagerEaTo is the first restaurant in the Restore Restaurant Holdings portfolio. Through a joint venture with French Toast, RRH opened Chloe by Vincent in 2022. RRH bought out French Toast in 2024 and partner Vincent Francoual left in 2025 to spend more time with his family and pursue other interests. Chloe by Vincent was rebranded as Chloe, a neighborhood American Bistro. RRH has several other restaurants in the planning process. Founding members of RRH are the father-son duo of Dennis and Matt Monroe.
