Assistant General ManagerEaTo is the first restaurant in the Restore Restaurant Holdings portfolio. Through a joint venture with French Toast, RRH opened Chloe by Vincent in 2022. RRH bought out French Toast in 2024. RRH has several other restaurants in the planning process. Founding members of RRH are Dennis Monroe and Matt Monroe, along with partner, Vincent Francoual.
